The Hester Apartments on 4th Street near 13th Avenue SW has been designated a Municipal heritage resource by City Council, meaning that the building is legally protected and in turn is eligible for certain benefits. Thank you to the owner of the Hester, who engaged the City to protect this property. Kudos!

See item 8.3.2 on the Council agenda of July 30, 2012.
