This building was built in 1911 and has an unusual facade. Also part of an important grouping. It is terrible to read that it is in such poor condition.

About the building (some loose research from Hendersons Directories): 211, 12th Ave, appears in Henderson's by 1911. Originally the Edmonds Block, later Morgan Block (by 1923) then Cunningham Block (by 1940)

An early business was John D. Dunlop, Piano Polisher. Other businesses through the 20s and 30s included Dr. A.A. (Arthur) Hollis, Dentist, Morgan R.E. real estate (hence, Morgan Block), and Smart Shop Millinery.
