MEMORIAL PARK LIBRARY

We have planned a day full of activity and enjoyment in celebration of our birthday on June 2, 2012.

12:00 Brian Brennan will talk about the new history of the library: Calgary Public Library; Inspiring Life Stories since 1912

1:00 Musicians from the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra will entertain with a selection of classics, light classics and a few popular selections

2:00 Gail Bowen will launch her newest mystery novel, Kaleidoscope, featuring popular sleuth, Joanne Kilbourn

3:00 The Jazz Essence trio will set the mood for the afternoon in the library

Join us in the building where it all started 100 years ago. There will be a fun historical quiz, birthday cake and snacks, balloons, prizes and surprises!
