City of Calgary Parks has been working with stakeholders on a plan for a new park in Victoria Park, immediately west of the Enoch Sales house, that would hopefully include the relocated house. An open house is being planned to present preliminary concept drawings, and there will be online survey. We'll add more information as it becomes available.
Open house: April 23 at the Lotus Noodle House, corner of 11th Avenue and Macleod Trail SE, between 12-2pm and 4-6pm.

East Victoria Park - new park
The City of Calgary Parks is developing a new park in the community of East Victoria Park along Macleod Trail S.E. between 11th and 12th Avenues S.E., adjacent to the yellow Enoch Sales House that faces 12th Avenue S.E.
The site is located above the CTrain tunnel and is currently used as a parking lot. The City of Calgary sees this future park as a much needed neighbourhood park for Calgarians who live and work in the community. Parks has worked with stakeholder groups to develop a preliminary concept plan and is now engaging the public to receive feedback. Construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2013.
