Calgary's Biscuit Block to take on new life

In a city as young as Calgary it is becoming harder to find character red brick and wood beam office space but a building with a total of 57,000 square feet will be available for tenant improvements by summer of 2013 that is not only a heritage gem but boasts a great location.

Royop Development has completed the purchase of the four-storey Biscuit Block at the corner of 11th Avenue and Olympic Way and is adding another two floors of glass and steel, preserving the historic look while complementing it with a modern upper facade.
