Please RSVP to info@calgaryheritage.org

All are welcome. Light food and refreshments provided.

6:30 pm - Doors and registration. Join us for a short sunset walk around the historic Colonel Walker residence.

7:00 pm - Meeting. The agenda will include an update on the situation with the old Calgary Brewery site in Inglewood, a review of activities for the past year, board elections and other business. Our guest speaker is Johanna Lane of Calgary Ghost Tours. "Paranormal tourism" often highlights historic sites and is a growing entertainment niche in many cities. "Heritage and Haunting" is a great pre-Halloween treat. Visit her website at www.calgaryghosttours.com. The evening will conclude with time to visit and network. Conclusion by 9 pm.

If you are interested in serving on the board, please send an email describing yourself, your interest, and include a brief resume if available. (Specific board positions are not chosen at the AGM, but by the board members themselves at a subsequent meeting.)

Bylaws and proposed amendments:

Proposed amendments (see link below) include:
- a housekeeping amendment re. membership fees
- adding a vice-president position
- amending quorum at general meetings from a percentage of membership to a fixed number

Bylaw changes require 75% support.
