There may come a day when all of Calgary's historic sandstone buildings are converted into restaurants. It seems to be a natural and appropriate progression for the structures. We like dining surrounded by the rugged, historic warmth of sandstone and we appreciate restaurateurs who help preserve some of Calgary's history...
