Looking for any info on my home or street name in Inglewood

Postby Josh Brown » Tue Dec 18, 2007 8:30 pm

I bought a house that I have been told was built in 1904 the address is 55 New St S.E in Inglewood.
Just wondering if anyone has any info on Inglewood or is from here and could direct me to the right sources.
Thank you for your time.

Congratulatons on your very cool purchase, Josh.

We have a number of posts and links related to Inglewood history on the website. Go to our search engine and search "Inglewood" for a start

A good resource is Manfred Baum, the manager of the Inglewood BRZ. He does heritage tours and is the head of the Old Town Calgary Society, which is Inglewood-focussed. http://www.calgary-inglewood.com/
