Join us for walking tours of communities and historic buildings, talks, concerts, museum visits and family events, organized by the Chinook Country Historical Society in partnership with local organizations, individuals and the City of Calgary. There will be many new and exciting events all over Calgary and area. We will commemorate the centennials of the Public Library, the Stampede and more, and will celebrate at the Calgary Heritage Authority Lion Awards. This year Historic Calgary Week is supported by Calgary 2012 and the Cultural Capital of Canada program.
